Avicularia versicolor is also known as the Martinique pink toe or the Martinique tree spider. They are one of the most popular tarantulas due to their temperament, color and ease of care. Beautiful blue spiderlings morph into multicolor adults sporting green, blue, red and purple hues with pink toes. This docile yet skittish species is not usually defensive and is a good beginner arboreal.

Lasiodora parahybana (Salmon pink birdeater) This is one of the largest of all tarantulas when full grown. Sizes in the norm of 8" leg span and up to 10". It is wonderful to experience the incredible transformation from a tiny sling to an unbelievably massive spider. With each molt its change in size is almost unbelievable. Incredible prey drive the "LP" will not dissapoint come feeding time. The LP is docile yet it can be skittish. Salmon Pink birdeaters are hardy and can make a good first tarantula.
